Hi, I'm Jennifer — an MSc AI for Business student at National College of Ireland, with a BA (Honours) in Human Resource Management. I'm fascinated by how AI is reshaping the world of work: who it helps, who it leaves behind, and what we can do about it. I'm particularly passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and I hope to build my research and career at that intersection. Right now I'm working on my dissertation, which looks at disability bias in AI-powered recruitment systems.

This site is my online portfolio and blog. I use it to share things I've built, projects I'm working on, and things I'm learning along the way. I love to learn, and I find that writing about something is the fastest way to actually understand it.
